  1. We are the SBMAQ (School Business Managers Association – Qld) and wish to hold a Professional Development session at your venue. We are looking for a space that accommodate approx 40 people banquet style. We would further need some space at the back of the room for sponsors to set up on individuals tables.
    The session runs from 8.30 – 4.00pm (we would need access from around 7.30am). We would need tables, chairs and some AV equipment. We would also require tea, coffee, morning tea and lunch options. Please contact me for further details.

    I am looking at the White Room for Tuesday 2nd September 2025 from 8:00AM – 12:30pm.

    I will need a data projector and seating for approx. 40x people.

    I am reaching out to enquire about booking your venue for our upcoming Livestock Production Essentials Workshop Series. We are seeking availability and a quote for the following proposed dates for 8:30am to 4:00pm on each day:
    • Wednesday, 22nd October 2025
    • Wednesday, 19th November 2025
    • Wednesday, 10th December 2025
    We are anticipating a minimum of 30 attendees and up to 60 participants. Ideally, we would require space for:
    • Attendees seated at tables
    • Two to three small trade stalls/displays
    • Catering for morning tea, lunch, and a light afternoon tea
    Could you please confirm whether your venue can accommodate these requirements and if you provide:
    • A projector and screen
    • Headset/microphone and audio support
